Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PostBoost AI ("the Service"), a Chrome browser extension operated by Joycraft ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PostBoost AI is a Chrome browser extension that uses artificial intelligence to generate product captions and hashtags for ecommerce platforms including Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with both free and paid tiers.

3. Account & Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account or license with others.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.

4. Free & Paid Plans

4.1 Free Plan

The free plan provides 3 AI generations per day. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free plan with reasonable notice.

4.2 Paid Plans

Paid plans unlock unlimited access and premium features. Available plans:

• Monthly: $3.90/month, auto-renews until canceled
• Yearly: $29.00/year, auto-renews until canceled
• Lifetime: $49.00 one-time payment, perpetual access

All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice for subscription plans.

5. Payment & Billing

• Payments are processed securely by Creem, our Merchant of Record.
• Subscription plans auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• You remain responsible for all charges incurred prior to cancellation.

6. Refund Policy

• Monthly subscriptions: Refund requests within 7 days of purchase will be honored if usage has been minimal (fewer than 10 generations).
• Yearly subscriptions: Refund requests within 14 days of purchase will be honored on a pro-rata basis for unused months.
• Lifetime purchases: Refund requests within 30 days of purchase will be honored if usage has been minimal.
• To request a refund, contact support@joycraft.dev. Please include your order details.
• Refunds are issued at our sole discretion and may be denied in cases of abuse.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Generate content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, or infringing on others' rights
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without authorization
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service to third parties
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks
• Generate spam, fraudulent, or misleading content

8. Intellectual Property

• Our IP: The Service, including its code, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Joycraft and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
• Your Content: You retain ownership of product data, captions, and hashtags you generate using the Service. You grant us a limited license to process this content solely to provide the Service.
• AI Generated Content: Captions and hashtags generated by our AI are provided for your use. We make no claim of ownership over AI-generated output.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and uses third-party AI providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services. Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOYCRAFT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, disclaimers, and liability limitations) shall survive.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-extension notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when these Terms were last revised.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
